Who we are

The Leadership Transition Framework is published by Linke Lifestyle Pty Ltd trading as Linke Leadership (ABN available on request), based in Australia. Contact: michael@linke.com.au.

What information we collect

When you subscribe, we collect your name, email address, and payment details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Linke Leadership does not store card details. Sign-in uses a passwordless email link rather than a password. When you use the framework, we log anonymised search queries to improve the content and AI search functionality.

How we use your information

To provide access to the framework you have subscribed to, and to send you a sign-in link when requested.
To send service-related communications (access confirmation, payment receipts, updates to the framework).
To improve the framework content based on anonymised search patterns.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI search).

Email communications

Linke Leadership collects email addresses via the self-check tool, contact form, and direct sign-up. These addresses may be used to send occasional leadership insights and newsletters from Michael Linke. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Email addresses are stored securely and not shared with third parties. The sender is Michael Linke at michael@linke.com.au.

AI search

The AI-powered search feature sends your query and relevant framework content to Anthropic's Claude API to generate an answer. Queries are anonymised before being logged. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how API data is handled on their end.

Cookies and storage

The framework uses browser local storage to remember your name and session. No third-party tracking cookies are used within the framework application.

Subscriptions and billing

The Individual plan is billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe, in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST where applicable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us; there is no lock-in contract. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be billed again. Enterprise plans are billed according to the terms agreed directly with Linke Leadership.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing michael@linke.com.au. Cancellation of your subscription removes your access; retained data is limited to transaction records required by law.

Terms of use

Access to the Leadership Transition Framework is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis. The content is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share access with others. Use of the content is permitted for your own professional development and leadership practice.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

The Leadership Transition Framework provides leadership development guidance for educational and professional development purposes. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, legal, HR, or employment advice specific to your situation. For decisions with legal or employment implications, consult a qualified professional.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
