Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the AI Governance Confidence Framework and improve its content. Specifically:
- Email address: collected at subscription through Memberful and used to personalise your session. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
- Search queries: when you use the AI-assisted search feature, your search question is logged with a timestamp. No name, email, or account information is attached to these logs. They are used solely to understand which topics subscribers are looking for, so we can improve framework content.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. Linke Leadership does not store card details.
What we do not collect
- We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not record which sections of the framework you read or how long you spend in them.
Third-party services
The framework uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Memberful: subscription management and access control (memberful.com/privacy)
- Stripe: payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Anthropic: AI-powered search and guidance. Your search query and relevant framework sections are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default (anthropic.com/privacy)
Data retention
Search query logs are reviewed periodically and cleared at least every six months. Subscription account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation, as required for billing and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at michael@linke.com.au.
Terms of Use
Subscriber access
Access to the AI Governance Confidence Framework is granted to the individual subscriber or the named users within a team or enterprise subscription. Your subscription is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, reproduce framework content, or distribute any part of the framework to others without written permission from Linke Leadership.
Permitted use
The framework is designed to help you build and strengthen AI governance practices within your organisation. You may apply the guidance, adapt templates and checklists for your own internal use, and reference the framework's principles in your own workplace practice. You may not republish, resell, or incorporate substantial sections of the framework into other commercial products.
No legal or technical advice
The AI Governance Confidence Framework provides practical governance guidance informed by Australian law, the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and current best practice. It is not legal advice. Where a situation involves significant legal risk, regulatory compliance decisions, or complex technical safety questions, you should seek qualified legal, technical, or regulatory advice. Linke Leadership accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of framework content.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting michael@linke.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have a concern.
Changes to these terms
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the framework after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
