Your onboarding session is a live video call with Michael Linke. It covers how to navigate the framework, how to apply it to your role and your board's specific context, which governance tools are most relevant for you right now, and how to get the most from your subscription. For board subscriptions, onboarding can be run as a group session with all members present.
Training sessions are held twice a year and are included for all subscribers. You will receive advance notice to book your place. Board subscribers can attend as a group. Content is updated each cycle to reflect regulatory developments and emerging governance practice across the NFP sector.
Coaching and mentoring hours are booked directly with Michael. Director subscribers receive up to 4 hours per year; Board subscribers receive up to 20 hours per year. Sessions can be used for governance design, director feedback conversations, CEO performance review preparation, conflict management, regulatory interpretation, or any board governance challenge you are working through.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your billing will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Contact michael@linke.com.au to arrange an upgrade.
The framework is written in an Australian context, with references to the ACNC, ASIC, and relevant state associations legislation. The governance principles apply broadly to NFP organisations in any jurisdiction, but the legal references and regulatory context are Australian.
Network subscribers receive a presentation from Michael Linke to their senior leadership team and board of directors. These are tailored to your organisation or network, covering the strategic case for board capability investment, your governance obligations and risk areas, and a roadmap for embedding the framework. Timing is agreed as part of your onboarding.
