Who we are

Linke Leadership is a trading name of Linke Lifestyle Pty Ltd, an Australian company. We provide leadership development resources, programs, and consulting services. Our principal contact is Michael Linke at michael@linke.com.au.

What we collect

We collect only the information you provide to us directly, through:

The self-check tool: your name, email address, and role, submitted when requesting your self-check results.
The contact form: your name, email address, organisation, and the message you send us.
Direct sign-up: your email address when you subscribe to receive leadership insights or updates.
Framework subscriptions: name and email address collected at subscription to our paid leadership frameworks. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we do not store card details.

Email communications

Linke Leadership collects email addresses via the self-check tool, contact form, and direct sign-up. These addresses may be used to send occasional leadership insights and newsletters from Michael Linke. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Email addresses are stored securely and not shared with third parties. The sender is Michael Linke at michael@linke.com.au.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry or send you the resources you requested.
To send occasional leadership insights, articles, and updates — only if you have opted in.
To provide access to paid framework subscriptions and send service-related communications.
To improve our content and understand what topics our audience finds valuable.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service.

What we do not collect

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on linkeleadership.com.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not collect sensitive information such as health data, financial account details, or government identifiers.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Resend: email delivery service used to send newsletters and transactional emails (resend.com/privacy).
Stripe: payment processing for framework subscriptions (stripe.com/privacy).
Anthropic: AI-powered search within our paid frameworks. Your search queries and relevant content are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default (anthropic.com/privacy).
Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Data is anonymised and aggregated. See Google's privacy policy.
Cloudflare: our website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare Pages and Workers (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as it is needed to deliver the service you signed up for, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing michael@linke.com.au. Unsubscribing from emails removes you from our mailing list but does not automatically delete any other records we hold.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your personal information.
Withdraw consent for email communications at any time (via the unsubscribe link in any email).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted here with an updated date. Continued use of our site or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
